12 Minute Strength Full Body HIIT Workout

The Workouts are Broke down into 12 Minute 'Blocks' and you can add as may blocks as you want to a Playlist and follow along with them all, they are all timed and they are 30sec Work / 15sec Rest.

Squat Alternate Press
Press Up Reach
Bent Over Row Kickbacks
