12 Minute Fat Burning Upper Body Workout

The Workouts are Broke down into 12 Minute 'Blocks' and you can add as may blocks as you want to a Playlist and follow along with them all, they are all timed and they are 30sec Work / 15sec Rest. This Workout Consists of:

  1. Alternate Tricep Extension

  2. Press Up Pull Through

  3. Reverse Fly

  4. W Press
