Many Competitors make the mistake of disregarding the Build Phase, aka the "Bulk" or even "Off Season" and going straight into the Lean Phase of a Prep with little or no Training Experience.

This Phase is all about Building Muscle, Maximising Calorie Intake and keeping Cardio to a Minimum in order to GROW.

Food is more Flexible and Training must be Progressive and Intensity kept high.
