I'm an ex-Royal Navy Gunner who was medically discharged in 2013 after complications that arose from an operation

 

I was deemed 'unfit to serve' which really pissed me off, so I decided to get in the shape of my life to prove a point

 

Along the way, I was being asked for advice on training and Nutrition and started helping people get into shape, I found that I was pretty darn good at it. So decided to become a PT

 

I've evolved from a Gym Based PT to a Fitness Competition Coach and now into an Online Coach who helps people all over the world who struggle with their Weight Loss, Training and Nutrition
