WHAT ARE THE 'OFF SEASON' AND 'ON SEASON' DIFFERENCES
Many Competitors make the mistake of disregarding the Build Phase, aka the "Bulk" or even "Off Season" and going straight into the Lean Phase (On Season) of a Prep with little or no Training Experience.
This Phase is all about Building Muscle, Maximising Calorie Intake and keeping Cardio to a Minimum in order to GROW.
Food is more Flexible and Training must be Progressive and Intensity kept high.
The On Season or 'Lean Phase' is where the magic happens after the fun of Off Season, muscle is revealed from under the thin layer of body fat that you have acquired.
This Phase is all about Retaining as much Muscle as possible while dropping to extremely low body fat.
Food is strict and calories must be calculated and tracked every day.
